Base on high precision, low cost and short delivery period with intelligent manufacturing technology to achieve the 'high quality and inexpensive' as the ultimate goal for our company.

SUWA has formed integration production system with stable, high quality, high efficiency and lean production. The integration production system includes precision die design/production → stamping production → riveting/welding by using the high precision auto-manufacturing equipment and the self-developed auto-stamping machines. Now, the company has more than 20 sets of automatic equipment with independent intellectual property rights and more than 10 invention patents of new structure dies. The company invests more than 5% of its annual business income to develop new technologies and lean projects. 

In modern manufacturing industry, SUWA is progressing all the time and has a new beginning every day to face every customer. The technology research development of dies and the stamping production technology innovation have been integrated into the blood of the company. Research and study

Production planning management in Japan, molding grinding technology in Singapore.

Expanding

Introduction of new stamping machine (60T/80T), new die production equipment (CNC, EDM, fixture grinding machine). Research and study on mechanical processing technology and quality management for stepper motor component in Japan.

2015
Development

Successful developing and self-making the full-automatic lock seaming machine, the machine has been in production successfully. Introduction of new stamping machine (120T).

2017
IATF trial operation

Business development of automobile components

2018
Certification

IATF certificated. Introduction of AIDA servo stamping machine. Successful development of Full-automatic rotary cutting device and full-automatic box separation device. This two devices have been successful in production.

2019
Achievement

Certificated as Caterpillar tier one supplier and Denso tier one supplier. Successful development of tensile composite die.

2020
Continuing

Changing of the corporation person in April. Introduction of servo stamping machine (200T).

Toyota Motor key parts passed the audit Signed a research and development agreement with ZHONGKE SANHUAN

Small batch production of key auto parts ZHONGKE SANHUAN product certification passed Certificated as New High-tec enterprise
